A Special Incentive for Clubs and Groups:

From past experience we have found that one of the best ways of developing a more efficient learning environment for improving your swim stroke is through organising the clinics in association with an existing club or group. The idea being that the 12 people in the group already have that 'social bond' established and are able to go away from the full day Clinic and converse with each other in the practice environment and share their experiences. We also find that its very important for any structured coaching 'party' to be involved with this, i.e. either a qualified coach or the guy or girl who usually takes a leadership role within your group.

As we so strongly believe that this is of benefit to you and your members, we are offering every club or group of 12 people, 1 free place for the coach or leader within your group.

During the day, this person will have full access to all the same learning materials everyone on a Clinic receives and will be shown how what we teach can be incorporated into your existing program on an ongoing basis. This effort will hopefully mean that the group won't experience that "wave" of motivation that is often associated with such a workshop that typically tends to "peter-out" after several weeks once the clinic leaders (i.e. Swim Smooth) have left. During the practical swim, core and flexibility practical sessions your chosen leader will be present with Paul and the other coaches poolside during the active coaching, and as such develop first hand skills in our practices. Whilst we are in no way implying that this person will in any way become a "qualified coach" from this, we are sure you will find this offer to be of great benefit to your whole group.

We also offer good discounts for clubs and groups of 12 people registering as a 'unit' which has thus far proven to be most successful.

Club Discount Terms & Conditions:

Please note that we envisage working with the club or group to help arrange the booking and would greatly appreciate any help in locating and making arrangements for a suitable venue. Swim Smooth will provide refreshments for the full-day Clinic for all participants, but a packed lunch is required from all guests. For group bookings, any quoted discounts are subject to confirmation once the venue and location is identified. In the event of the request for a Clinic in a very distant location (thus increased travel costs on our behalf), or the facility cost for the day (which Swim Smooth will cover) being over our typical budget for the entire day, we reserve the right to reduce the quoted club / group discounts per person. We will do everything we can to make sure that the Clinic is cost effective for everyone involved and trust that you will find the convenience of Swim Smooth coming to you and your club to be both time and cost effective on your behalf.
