We are pleased to announce the following 3-hr mini-Clinic in Canada in 2007 in association with NRG Performance Training:

1. Burlington, ON on Sunday 21st January 2007 - now complete!

Cost per person for the Clinic will be $125.00 CAD (athletes from the NRG Performance Training Team) or $150.00 CAD (unattached)*

The Burlington Swim Smooth clinic will take place at:

• Angela Coughlan Indoor Pool, 2425 Upper Middle Road (Adjacent to M.M. Robinson High School) Burlington, ON, L7R 3Z6. Phone: (905) 335-7000. Click here for a map of the venue.
• On Sunday 21st January 2007 from 3.00pm to 6.15pm. Registration commences at 2.45pm - don't be late!
• Cost $ as advised above.
• *The Clinic is also open to unattached athletes, however, NRGPT athletes will have first priority when registering. Should all the places on the Clinic be assigned to NRGPT athletes by midday on Thursday 18th January, then registration will close, otherwise spare places will be allocated to non-affiliated members where appropriate. You will be notified according if you have been successful with your registration.

Further Details:

The Clinic is broken down as follows:

• a 60-minute theory session,
• a 30-minute video analysis session,
• a 60-minute drill technique session,
• a final 45-minute video review and summary session.

Each swimmer will receive a free Swim Smooth silicon swim cap, full video analysis of their stroke, tips on how to improve over the winter and subject to demand, and their training levels ascertained for the season based upon a 400m swim time trial at the end of the Clinic. All NRGPT athletes will also have access to a copy of their DVD footage through Nigel Gray following the Clinic.
