The Tech Toc is a clever training tool which gives you feedback on your body rotation as you swim. Good body roll is one of the essentials of a great freestyle technique - it gives you a more efficient and more powerful stroke. The Tech Toc utilises a ball bearing inside of a plastic capsule containing acoustical amplifiers at each end. As the swimmer rotates their hips while training, the ball hits each end of the capsule, providing the swimmer audible feedback on their hip rotation and movement.
