Look your best in the water by sporting one of our classic silicone swim caps! Did you know, it's faster swimming with a cap than without?

If you've used latex swim caps before (as supplied at many open water and triathlon races) you've probably found them fiddly and tight. They have a tendency to pull your hair too. Silicone swim caps are different - they're thicker, softer to the touch and much tougher.

Did you know it's faster swimming with a cap than without? Possibly 1-2 seconds per 100m quicker (depending how hairy you are).

We've specially developed this cap to be a little more flexible than most silicone caps - meaning it won't squeeze your head or give you a headache in use. Many men find swim caps too tight - try this cap, we're sure you'll notice the difference.

Our caps are supplied in a choice of two colours - Swim Smooth Blue or Bright Pink. Own both and you can choose a colour depending on your mood!

If you train in open water we strongly recommend you wear a bright swimming cap. It makes you much more visible to other water users and safety craft. We never swim in the ocean without one.

If you train with a Wetronome, a cap is the best way to hold your little yellow friend securely as you swim. Pop the 'nome underneath your cap and you'll find it very easy to hear.
