I'm curious if others have had good experiences with Amex customer support. I had a question about a foreign transaction fee from my recent trip abroad. I called the American Express phone number on the back of my card and they picked up almost immediately. The rep explained everything clearly and even credited a small charge back as a courtesy. I was genuinely impressed with how smoothly it went. Does anyone else find their support team consistently this helpful? Thinking of sticking with them long term.
