We are bringing an entire army of Swim Smooth Coaches (both certified and in-training) over to this year’s BestFest and will be providing coaching support on a scale never seen before!

Each day you will have the opportunity to join us for a warm-up dip in the Mediterranean before breakfast, partake in the morning’s race (see Race Schedule), followed by some quality coaching with the Swim Smooth team in the afternoon:

• Sunrise Swim at 6.30am each day (~800m) in the “#3 Bay” near Isla Cabot and Hotel Romantica

• Saturday 25th May (3-5pm) - easy swim with drills and stroke pointers (~2-2.5km…or as much/little as you want)

• Sunday 26th May (2-4pm) - recovery swim with drills and stroke pointers (~2-2.5km…or as much/little as you want)

• Monday 27th May (6.30-7.30pm) - open water skills session at Es Trenc Beach

• Tuesday 28th May (2-4pm) - technique/endurance swim with stroke correction (~2.5-3.5km…or as much/little as you want)

• Wednesday 29th May (2-4pm) - structured squad-like session with intervals (~2.5-5.0km…or as much/little as you want)

• Thursday 30th May (4-6pm) - recovery swim with drills and stroke pointers (~2-2.5km…or as much/little as you want)
